DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING ACROSS THE WORLD?
Yes! Azuré is proud to offer free shipping almost everywhere in the world. If there are any issues with the checkout process, please send us a message via our Instagram page @azuretimepieces, so we can assist you.
WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
If your item arrives damaged or broken, we will gladly send a replacement. We do not take responsibility for sizing issues as it is stated within the item description. If you have received an item with the wrong colour, you are also eligible for a free replacement. For any inquiries regarding a refund/return, please message our Instagram page @azuretimepieces and we will try to respond within 24 hours.
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO DELIVER?
Although we cannot tell you exactly when your order will deliver, we will do everything in our power to make sure it arrives at your doorstep. We will ship all orders the same week the order is placed (business days). Free Express Postage is standard for all Australian orders and free standard shipping for the rest of the world. Please message our Instagram @azuretimepieces if you have any questions regarding your order and we will try to respond within 24 hours.
ARE YOUR WATCHES WATER-PROOF?
Our watches are currently 3ATM water-resistant. Rain, showers, and face washing will not cause any damage, however, it can be advised to prevent contact with water to ensure your watch lasts. Our watches are not sufficiently resistant to swimming, diving, and other water-based activities.
WHAT IF MY WATCH DOES NOT FIT MY WRIST?
We do not accept returns on watches that do not fit, as all relevant sizing information is provided in the product description.
